All applicants must be:
- Studying in Secondary 4 or Secondary 5 (or equivalent) at the time of application.

Important Note:
Applicants must apply for a study visa unless they fulfill any one of the following conditions:
- Permanent Hong Kong residents
- Non-permanent residents studying in high school in Hong Kong with valid visas (the visa must be valid through the program period)
- Non-permanent residents of Hong Kong with valid dependent visas or visas granted with unconditional stay in HK (the visa must be valid through the program period)
