All applicants must be:
- Studying in Secondary 4 or Secondary 5 (or equivalent) at the time of application.

Important Note:
Applicants who fulfill any one of the below conditions are eligible to apply for the Summer Institute 2024:
1. Permanent Hong Kong residents
2. Non-permanent residents studying in high school in Hong Kong with an existing student visa (the visa must be valid through the program period)
3. Non-permanent residents of Hong Kong with dependent visa (the visa must be valid through the program period)
*** The Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (EEP) cannot be used to study in Hong Kong.
